What's going on is a show that is extremely well written, acted and narrated! Wonderful is the only word to describe this show! It is a show for adults without pandering to the need for the main characters to jump into bed at the drop of a hat. In fact, the actual lack of the Pie Maker and Chuck’s ability to touch makes it the best romance on television since Niles and Daphne on Frasier. Give the show a chance and I'm sure you will get it.

How can Olive touch Ned like kissing him or holding his hand when she should drop dead right there and then. This is the only thing confusing me about the show because the whole point of the show is that Ned cannot touch anyone or anything living or else they will die.

Hi Robert!
Ned can touch people, just not those he's brought back to life. Since Olive has never died, she can touch Ned freely.
As of right now, the only two living creatures that Ned cannot touch are Chuck and Digby (the dog), since he's brought them both back.

This show is too amazing to try to explain... my advice to you is to sit down one night and watch every episode from the season premiere until now...
abc.com has full episodes with limited or no commercials.
You will be hooked!

This show is amazing! It is so different from everything else currently on regular programming. I am addicted! Absolutely love Lee Pace, the sexist thing since....well ever in my opinion, but seriously the show is well written and deserves a chance! Writers get off your duffs, stop begging for money and get back to writing quality shows!
